Forest Service Cabins Southeast
Alaska Forest Service cabins also provide a great deal of fun for the entire family.
In addition to great Alaskan fishing, most of the cabins offer outstanding hiking,
swimming, and wildlife viewing as well allowing you the opportunity to enjoy Alaska
as locals do.
At
most saltwater Forest Service Cabins, you will find halibut, salmon, red snapper,
dungeness crab, and Alaskan Prawns. Many of the cabins will place you on or near
world class fly fishing streams, rivers, and lakes. Spend
the morning fly fishing for rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, dolly varden, salmon,
and steelhead; or spend the afternoon salt water fishing, crabbing, and shrimping.
Either way, you'd be sure to have the unique pleasure of exploring Alaska's unlimited
recreational opportunities. To
reserve a Forest Service cabin contact Reserve
USA or call 1-877-444-6777. Cabins may be reserved as early as six months
in advance, and it is recommend that you make your travel arrangements around
cabin availability.
