Halibut Tacos

Marinate halibut chucks in chicken taco seasoning (I use a seasoning from Penzey spices), olive oil, and juice of 1/2 lime. Fry, or grill halibut when ready.

Sauce - 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup mayo, (approximately 1/3 cup) cilantro, Taco Seasoning (1-2 tbs), and lime juice (1 lime). Mix seasoning, cilantro, and lime juice to taste.

I like to combine the above with mango salsa, and cabbage.
